They say “third time’s a charm” but they might be changing the saying to fourth after this year’s Empire Backyard Party presented by Vans. This year’s contest coincides with Empire’s anniversary so they’ve gone all-out. Not withstanding the $20,000 price purse and the brand new monster ramp, they’ve added a performances by Yelawolf after the contest and one by Three 6 Mafia at Empire's Anniversary the night before, making it Canada’s biggest and most badass contest of the year.
